Send email about course content to delphiteach@osprey.unisa.ac.za.

For prompt reaction to your email queries, be specific when asking for help. It is difficult to respond to a message like ‘I don’t understand problem 4.1. Please explain.’ Rather state what you don’t understand. If you get an error message when trying to run a program and want to ask for help, include the full error message and the program code causing the error in your e-mail message. We respond to e-mail queries as promptly as we can.

Contact Prof Barrow or Mr Halland for telephone queries about the course content and with problems with the first two assignments and the practical project for the third assignment. Prof Grayson will help with the teaching aspects of assignment 3. If none of the lecturers are available, you may leave a message at one of the departmental secretaries by phoning (012) 429-6122.
